Meet the owner
Ivy & Co Boomerang Boxes is a family business, born and raised in Fort Wayne, just like me. I run it alongside my husband and kids while being a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom, so this is genuinely a family affair. And Ivy? She's my 7-year-old black Lab, a lovable dork who'll do anything to be chased, survived a car accident like the champ she is, and never misses a chance to tag along on a delivery.
I started Ivy & Co for two simple reasons: I wanted to build something of my own, and I can't stand how wasteful moving has become. Every move turns into a mountain of cardboard, tape, and trash hauled to the curb. It always felt wrong to me, because it is. I care about the kind of impact we leave behind, and I wanted to offer Fort Wayne a better option.
So here it is: sturdy, reusable totes that show up clean at your door, hold up through the whole move, and then boomerang right back to us to be used again. No cardboard, no waste, no cleanup. Every tote has a built-in QR code, already on it. Point your phone's camera at it and it opens right in your browser, no app or account needed. Type what's inside, add notes, even snap a photo. When you're done packing, download your complete inventory as a PDF to keep.
Nope, just return them reasonably empty. We clean and sanitize every tote between rentals, so it arrives fresh for the next customer (and for you).
Normal wear is expected and totally fine. We just ask that totes come back in reasonable shape; significant damage or loss may carry a fee, which we'll go over in your rental agreement up front.
Reserve and pay online in one step: pick your package, choose your dates, and check out securely with your card right on our booking page. You accept the rental agreement when you book, no signature needed. Prefer to text us instead? That works too, and we'll take it from there.

These highlights cover how rentals with Ivy & Co Boomerang Boxes LLC work. The full rental agreement you receive before your reservation is finalized governs your rental.
Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. By booking, you authorize us to keep your payment method on file to cover any unreturned, damaged, or late-returned equipment, as detailed in your rental agreement.
Packages include a standard two-week rental. Need more time? Extensions are available; just let us know before your scheduled return date.
Free delivery and pickup within 25 miles of Fort Wayne. Locations beyond the free zone are quoted individually before booking.
Totes and dollies should come back in the condition they arrived, with normal wear expected. Replacement fees apply to lost or damaged equipment and are listed in your rental agreement.

By booking and completing checkout, you agree to the terms below. No separate signature is needed. Placing your order is your acceptance of this agreement.
Your rental includes the totes and any equipment (such as a dolly) listed on your order. Everything is yours to use from the moment it's delivered until we complete pickup. Please return all items in the same condition they arrived in, aside from normal wear and tear.
We record the count and condition of every item at drop-off and again at pickup. If anything arrives damaged or your count looks off, let us know within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ivycoboomerangboxes.com. After that window, items are considered accepted as delivered.
You're responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, and for any items that aren't returned. Replacement costs: totes (bin and lid) are $20 each, and a tote dolly is $40 each. Any damage, loss, or other charges under this agreement will be billed to the card you used at checkout.
You authorize Ivy & Co Boomerang Boxes to charge the card used at checkout for any amounts owed under this agreement, including damage, loss, late returns, and missed pickups. Your payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Your rental period is 14 days (2 weeks) from delivery. If items aren't ready for pickup on your scheduled date, a late fee applies for each additional week, or part of a week, until pickup. The fee equals your package's weekly extension rate, which ranges from $40 to $100 depending on package size. Need more time? Just reach out before your pickup date (see Extensions below).
All totes must be empty, accessible, and ready to go on your scheduled pickup date. If we arrive and the items aren't ready or reachable, a missed-pickup fee of $35 may apply to cover the return trip.
Please don't use the totes for hazardous materials, liquids that aren't properly sealed, or anything illegal or that could damage the totes. You're responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
Cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your delivery date. Cancellations after that are subject to a $30 fee. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery and pickup are free within 25 miles of Fort Wayne, IN. Outside that zone? Reach out for a custom delivery quote and we'll see what we can do.
Contact us before your scheduled pickup date if you need more time. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
All totes and equipment are delivered clean and in usable condition.
Ivy & Co Boomerang Boxes is not liable for injury or for damage to your personal property during use of the equipment. You assume the risks associated with using the totes and equipment.
